The principle of business freedom, which was re-introduced into the Polish legal system at the end of the 1980s, has been continually been made more specific in law. The Business Law recently adopted by the Sejm of 6 March 2018 (text: ISAP) is the latest version of the main legislation on conducting business activity in Poland.
