Conference on “Intellectual property law – competition – new technologies”

A conference was held at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw (see: WWW) on the current problems under Polish, European, and international intellectual property law, competition law, and new technologies.
During the discussion on competition law and unfair competition, Dr Nestoruk gave a lecture entitled “new unfair competition torts under education law: the standard or an anomaly?”. Dr Nestoruk talked about the example of sector-specific provisions on marketing practices of publishers and entities trading in school textbooks.
