An interview with dr Igor B. Nestoruk has been published in the Law section of Gazeta Prawna online. The publication was entitled “Je Suis Charlie, Pokolenie JPII, Polska Walcząca: Spekulacja znakiem towarowym” (Je Suis Charlie, John Paul II Generation and Polish Anchor emblem: trademark speculation) and discussed the applicable legal mechanisms protecting against unlawful registration of symbols or slogans of a strong public appeal, including, without limitation, in order to commercialise them.
